What Primary 6 sets cover

A Primary 6 year typically includes weighted assessments through the year and a preliminary examination in the second half. Prelim papers are the closest thing to a full-length, full-syllabus paper a child will sit before the PSLE, which is why they are usually the most useful practice of the year.

Prelims or full-year papers?

If your child has already covered the syllabus, prelim papers give the most realistic timed practice. If there are specific topics still to shore up, a full-year set gives more variety and more chances to spot a weak area early. Many parents buy both, using the full-year set first and saving the prelims for the final weeks.

Subjects

English, Mathematics, Science, Chinese and Higher Chinese, available individually or bundled. Higher Chinese is included free with Chinese on the current prelim sets.
