Why prelims are the paper to practise on

A preliminary examination is set by the school to mirror the PSLE in format, length and timing. Working through one shows whether a child can hold concentration across a full paper and finish inside the time limit, which is a different skill from answering questions topic by topic.

When to use them

Most parents keep prelim papers for the final stretch, after the syllabus has been covered and the weaker topics have already been worked on with full-year sets. Sitting one paper a week under timed conditions, then marking it the same evening, is more useful than working through several at once.

What arrives

Papers are printed clearly, stapled into individual sets and packed by subject, with the answer key included in every set. Delivery is by J&T within 2 to 3 working days, free on orders of $40 and above. Same-day Lalamove delivery is $20 if you order before 12pm, Monday to Saturday.
